Onion, Carrot and Celery Stuffing

Serves: 16
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Resting Time: 10 minutes


2 pkgs. Stove Top chicken stuffing
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cup button mushrooms, sliced
3 cups chicken broth
1 stick unsalted butter


1. Bring onion, carrots, celery, mushrooms, broth and butter to a boil.
2. Stir in stuffing, remove from heat, cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
3. Fluff with fork and serve.
