Maggi Omelette with Sriracha |
1 pkg. Maggi ramen noodles with seasoning packet
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, diced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
3-4 stalks cilantro
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil noodles in 1 cup water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Beat eggs in 2 separate bowls, using half the ingredients in each.
- Season eggs with the seasoning packet, holding back on adding too much salt.
- Divide boiled noodles in two and place half in each bowl of beaten eggs.
- Massage noodles with the beaten egg, melt 1 Tbsp. butter in a skillet and fry noodles and egg until golden brown.
- Tastes great with sriracha sauce, ketchup or your chutney of choice.
