Spicy Shrimp Balls Cooked with Cilantro Stems

Quick Stir-Fried Shrimp Balls 
Cooked in the Burmese Style


Ingredients:
1 lb. shrimp balls, cut in half
1 tsp. no MSG chicken powder or chicken essence
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. (or to taste) chilli powder, Kashmiri mirch or paprika
Salt to taste
¼ tsp. turmeric
¼ cup deep fried onions
1 tsp. crab or shrimp paste in oil
1 green chilli, chopped
1 bunch cilantro stems, chopped

Directions:
1.    Heat oil and fry sliced onions, minced garlic, ginger paste, chili powder and tomatoes until oil resurfaces.
2.    Add shrimp balls and remaining ingredients, except last two.
3.    Stir-fry until oil resurfaces.

4.   Garnish with fresh cut chili and chopped cilantro stems.
