|Slow-Cooked Begun Bhartha|
1 tsp. ghee
- Combine all ingredients, except cilantro, and stir thoroughly.
- Pour into a cold crockpot/slow-cooker and plug it in.
- Cook on low setting for 2 hours and stir well.
- Cook for another hour or until vegetables disintegrate completely.
- Garnish with cilantro and ghee and serve with Basmati rice or tortillas.
