No-Cook Frozen Srawberry 'Cheesecake'

Frozen Strawberry 'Cheesecake'
This dessert was inspired by a recipe I found on the Taste of Home website. I used sweetened strawberries and omitted the sugar from the original recipe. Also, instead of making a blueberry sauce, I served it with the juices from frozen strawberries. It's one way to satisfy a craving for cheesecake without having to heat up the whole house by baking in the oven for 2 hours. Transfer the frozen dessert from freezer to fridge a couple of hours before serving and slice with a serrated knife.

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) tub frozen sliced strawberries with sugar, thawed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, brought to room temperature
1 (8 oz.) tub Vanilla Cool Whip
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Line a 9" x 5" glass dish with a double layer of foil, overlapping all four sides.
  2. Drain thawed strawberries, and set aside the juices.
  3. Using an electric beater or mixer, whip cream cheese, sour cream and Cool Whip until smooth and free from lumps.
  4. Mash the strawberries and fold into the whipped mixture until combined.
  5. Freeze for several hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Remove from freezer and place in the fridge a couple of hours before serving.
  7. Slice and serve with reserved strawberry juices.
