|Gajar ka Halwa|
4-5 large carrots, peeled, chopped and grated in food processor
1 pkg. Gits Kulfi or Rasmalai Mix
1 cup golden raisins
1 stick butter
- Cook grated carrots and raisins with butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until carrots are cooked and dry.
- Add Gits mix, stir well and cook for 5 minutes more, stirring continuously.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and serve hot or chilled as a dessert.
