| Pumpkin Cake A La Mode |
The easiest dessert ever! We had this for Thanksgiving dinner this year and I preferred it to the pumpkin pie of past Thanksgiving dinners.

| Pumpkin Angel Food Cake |
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) package Betty Crocker angel food cake mix
1 (15 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin puree
2 tsp. McCormick's pumpkin pie spice (more or less to taste)
1 cup water
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9"x13" baking dish.
- Mix all ingredients together until combined.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
- Cool completely, cut into squares and serve with vanilla ice cream.
