Stir-Fried Tofu & Bok Choy |
1 pkg. extra-firm tofu, cut in thick cubes
2-3 stalks baby bok choy, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2-3 green chilies, left whole

1 tsp. garlic paste
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Directions
- Stir-fry onions, tomatoes and ginger-garlic pastes over medium-high heat.
- When onions turn translucent, add tofu, green chilies and bok choy, followed by teriyaki and oyster sauces.
- Simmer and toss until tofu and bok choy are coated well with the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame oil and serve with steamed rice.
