Baked Cauliflorets Tossed in Sweet Chili Sauce



A quick-cooking baked cauliflower side dish that uses five ingredients and is so easy to prepare.



Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Kashmiri mirch or paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce for spring rolls

Directions:
1.  Pre-heat oven to 400°F and spray a baking dish with oil.
3.   Toss cauliflorets with next three ingredients and spread on baking dish.
4.   Bake until tender at 400°F for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. 
5.   Toss with sweet chili sauce and serve.
