Spaghetti Salad

Spaghetti Salad

Pictured above is one serving of the salad. Leftovers store well in the fridge for 2-3 days. This is a good item to serve at brunch, for lunch or at a potluck.

Ingredients
2 serving angel hair spaghetti
4 oz. sliced black olives
8 oz. chopped ham
1 tomato, diced
1/2 seedless cucumber, diced
1 (8.oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing or any dressing of your choice

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and shock in ice cold water.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
  3. Chilling overnight allows the spaghetti to absorb all the juices which reduced the tanginess of the dressing.
