Spaghetti Salad |
Pictured above is one serving of the salad. Leftovers store well in the fridge for 2-3 days. This is a good item to serve at brunch, for lunch or at a potluck.
Ingredients
2 serving angel hair spaghetti
2 serving angel hair spaghetti
4 oz. sliced black olives
8 oz. chopped ham
1 tomato, diced
1/2 seedless cucumber, diced
1 (8.oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing or any dressing of your choice
Directions
- Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and shock in ice cold water.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator.
- Chilling overnight allows the spaghetti to absorb all the juices which reduced the tanginess of the dressing.
