Ingredients
4 cups chicken stock or water
1 (14 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 lb. minced chicken, browned
1 tsp. white pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tsp. Ajinomoto
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red pepper, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 stalk green onions, sliced
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup water
Directions
- Stir corn starch and water to make a slurry.
- Stir first 8 ingredients together and bring to a boil.
- Add corn starch and water slurry and stir until soup thickens.
- Remove soup from heat and pour beaten egg, stirring in a clockwise motion.
- Simmer for a minute, so egg sets.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame oil.
Serve immediately.
