Chicken Corn Soup

Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients

4 cups chicken stock or water
1 (14 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 lb. minced chicken, browned
1 tsp. white pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tsp. Ajinomoto
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red pepper, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 stalk green onions, sliced
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup water

Directions
  1. Stir corn starch and water to make a slurry.
  2. Stir first 8 ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  3. Add corn starch and water slurry and stir until soup thickens.
  4. Remove soup from heat and pour beaten egg, stirring in a clockwise motion.
  5. Simmer for a minute, so egg sets.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame oil.
Serve immediately.
