Ingredients |
From top left to right:
Crispy, crunchy beans (ordered online)
Sesame Oil
Planters unsalted peanuts
Jar of fermented and seasoned tea leaves
Clockwise in the center:
2 Tbsp. crispy, crunchy beans
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts
1/2 tomato, minced
2 Tbsp. deep fried onions and garlic
2 Tbsp. cilantro and green onions, minced
1/4 cabbage or Chinese cabbage, shredded
2 tsp. fermented and seasoned tea leaves
1 cup cooked long-grain rice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a big bowl and hand-mix thoroughly.
- Adjust salt to taste using fish sauce. Vegetarians/vegans may use soy sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, pickled cucumber and green chilies.
