Asparagus with Crumbled Bacon |
Ingredients:
2 bundles (or 48 spears) asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp. homemade balsamic vinagrette
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Lay bacon strips in a single layer on a baking sheet and place another baking sheet on top.
- Bake bacon strips at 350*F for 20 minutes until crisp and set aside.
- Blanch asparagus spears and toss with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve as a side dish.
