Coconut Jelly Kyauk Kyaw |
Ingredients:

oz. (25 gm.) pkg. of agar agar powder (Telephone brand)
1 tetra pak (8 fl. oz.) coconut milk
2-1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions:
- Stir agar agar powder, sugar & salt with water until dissolved.
- Bring mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
- Stir in coconut milk and remove from heat.
- Pour into 8”x 8”x 2" Pyrex dish and leave at room temperature until cool.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Cut into squares or diamond shapes and serve chilled.
This dessert will last for several days in the
refrigerator and will not dry out if it is topped with water.
